Music Notes:
Orchestra Practice - Sundays at 9:15 am. We thank God for those who make a joyful sound on their instrument of choice. Come, join us on Sundays to practice.
Choir Practice - The LOBC choir practices each Sunday evening at 5 pm. Your interest and involvement is always welcomed See you soon!
Youth News:
ROOTED (6th - 12th grades) - Wednesday nights at 7 pm. While we recover from camp and get back into our normal routines don’t forget to choose faith over feelings! Our faith tells us that God is good and He loves us and He is present with us, even when our feelings say He’s not here and we don’t feel like He’s listening. Psalm 139:7-8 KJV - “Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.”
Treehouse Kids (2 yrs old – 5th grade) - Wednesdays at 7 pm. A great week at camp is now over. Thank you to every kid that came and to every volunteer that showed up to make camp a success! Now it’s almost time to head back to school. Remember, August 9 is “Back to School Sunday!” Please make plans to be here then and every Sunday and Wednesday night.
