​Orchestra Practice - Sundays at 9:15 am. LOBC is so grateful for our instrumentalists, and we are always looking for willing souls to join in. Come join us! ​

Youth News:

​​ROOTED (6th - 12 grades) - Wednesday nights at 7 pm. Thank you to everyone who helped with our fall festival this year! One of the greatest blessings in life is when you get to serve others and glorify God. As Christians, we are called to be servant leaders. When we serve our community and share the gospel, all glory goes to God!
Don't forget, Sunday evening, November 2 is teen takeover night! Sam Schloss will be playing our offertory, and Aiden Germino will be preaching. Make sure you are in your place to help support each other! Also, November 23 is our Youth Bake Sale!
​​​​​​​Treehouse Kids (2 yrs old – 5th grade) - Wednesday nights at 7 pm. Tree House Kids have received their November Devotion Magazine. Parents, please encourage your child to spend time each day in God’s Word. Also, please help your child learn the books of the Bible. They earn a special prize for learning the books in both the Old and the New Testaments. If you have any questions, please see Ms. April or Ms. Bailie.

​Ladies Auxiliary District Meeting – November 1 at Lone Oak Baptist Church. There is a sign-up sheet in the foyer for items needed for lunch.

GOOD TIMERS - Plan now to attend our Thanksgiving Luncheon, November 11, in the fellowship hall at noon. Ladies, please bring your favorite Thanksgiving side dish or dessert. Invite a friend to come along with you to enjoy good food, fellowship and fun.

The Thanksgiving Produce Basket is available to order with everything for your Thanksgiving Meal: Granny Smith apples, green beans, baby carrots, cranberries, onions, red potatoes, sweet potatoes, broccoli, celery, grapes, yellow squash, and pecans. Full share-$30; half share-$15. Orders must be placed by Nov. 17; pickup will be Nov. 22 between 8:30 am and 9:15 am. See Lorrie Kjeer to place your order. There are only 2 half shares left.​
