Music Notes:
Orchestra Practice - Sundays at 9:15 am. LOBC is always happy to welcome new instrumentalists that are eager to use their talents to serve and to honor their Lord.
Choir Practice - Continues Sundays at 5 pm. Join your voice with that of others.
Youth News:
ROOTED (6th - 12th grades) - Wednesday nights at 7 pm. Our goal as Christians is not to be perfect; rather, it is to grow in Christ, ultimately becoming more and more conformed to Him. However, in the midst of that journey, God rewards those who walk in righteousness. Righteousness is not simply the pursuit of doing good deeds. Biblical righteousness is the pursuit of a heart that is fully surrendered to Christ. When we surrender our will and our pride to His will, righteousness—and righteous actions—will naturally flow from us. As we walk in obedience and surrender to Him, we will experience the blessings of God in our lives. Proverbs 2:7 says, “He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly.”
Treehouse Kids (2 yrs old – 5th grade) - Wednesdays at 7 pm. REMINDER: Tree House Kids Appreciation Dinner is August 29, 5 - 7 pm. If you have helped with THK in any way, please make plans to attend.
Help Wanted! Help with operating the audio and visual aspects of our services is wanted. Interested in assisting with the soundboard, worship songs on the screens, and/or livestreaming? See Adam Fowler and Craig Lennard for more information (they're in the balcony). Training will be provided. Thank you!

During a recent storage room cleanup, A/C filters of various sizes were found which do not fit any of our current A/C units. If you can use any of the following sizes, please see Bro. Tom Lay or Mike Stokes:
