​​Orchestra Practice - Sundays at 9:15 am. If you know of someone who has an instrumental talent, please encourage them to join and to practice with us at 9:15 AM on Sundays.​

Choir Practice - Sundays at 5 pm. New choir members are always welcome to join us at 5 pm for Practice on Sunday afternoons. Come, blend your voice with ours.​

Youth News:

​

​​ROOTED (6th - 12th grades) - Wednesday nights at 7 pm. Rooted will meet in the Sanctuary on New Year's Eve. With each New Year there comes a series of Challenges and Blessings. Let’s determine early and often that with each challenge that comes our way, we will face it and defeat it with prayer and faith. Let’s also determine, that with each blessing that God brings to us, that we will express our gratitude with a deeper level of love and commitment to His great cause. We’ve got a great group of teens in our Church Family. Let’s do our best to live exemplary Christian Lives, that are one’s worthy of our teens to follow.

​​​​​​​​​​Treehouse Kids (2 yrs old – 5th grade) - Wednesday nights at 7 pm. Happy New Year! We are excited to see what this year brings in “Treehouse Kids” as we continue striving to be Salt and Light!

Our New Year's Eve Service (Wednesday, December 31) will consist of Songs, a New Year's Message, and a special prayer time for Alexander Petrelli and his family (2-year-old who is being flown to Texas for heart surgery). Others, Others - May our church and personal ministry always speak of our care for others! Pre K-5th Grades will be in Treehouse Kids. All others will meet in the Sanctuary.

Reminder - We would like to invite you to join us at Lone Oak Baptist Church for special days of Worship and Fellowship February 6 -8. LOBC will be hosting the Quarterly Youth Rally on Saturday the 7th, along with our Family Conference Friday the 6th through Sunday the 8th. We will have a special speaker, Dr. Jim Schettler, along with speaker Steve Bro for our Youth Rally. We will have two sessions for the rally: The First Session, Steve Bro will be sharing the story of how his son lost his leg due to amputation following a forklift accident and how God is working through that trial. The Second Session will be a dynamic preaching on practical Christian living from Dr. Schettler. Please mark your calendars and be sure to invite others to come with you.
